Majority of the penny stocks that we feature in the ALERT achieve double digit gains.  The reason is that we uncover penny stocks that show a track record of being profitable and have a good balance sheet and income statements.  We look for momentum buying opportunities in those penny stocks. Penny-Stocks-Online.com mainly looks at NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX stocks because we feel that penny stocks on these listings provide less volatility than those on the "Other The Counter" listing.  Also we take comfort in that these penny stocks had to meet certain financial criteria to be listed on these stock exchanges. We also look for companies with a large public float to avoid and minimize the ugly "pump-n-dump" schemes.

NOW...if you are looking for a get rich quick plan with penny stocks, we are not your resource.  The penny stocks that we trade will take some time to see great returns...maybe days, weeks, or months.  We are not a pump-n-dump site...we treat penny stocks like juicy grapes that produce fine wines...it'll take some time for them to ripen and sweeten.

We have many years of trading penny stocks under our belt, and simply common sense is the key factor to our success. Penny stocks are a unique breed and don't traditionally follow the market trends.  We look at the penny stocks own cycle and its traditional reaction to its history of buying and selling pressures.

In keeping with the spirit of SEC regulations, we do not take a position in the penny stocks prior to their feature in the e-Flyer ALERT.  We will purchase the feature penny stocks in the open market after we release the e-Flyer ALERT. So, we will be buying the penny stocks at the same time as our community with no advantage. Our goal is to be as ethical as we can and put trust back into a penny stock alert site.

It is possible at times we will have a position in the penny stocks featured in the ALERT before we feature the company. This might be because we featured/traded the penny stocks earlier in the year due to momentum trading opportunities, and we did not sell all of the shares. This scenario will be a rare instance, and the positions will be relatively small to the public float.  If we have a position in the penny stocks prior to profiling the company in the ALERT, we will disclose that we have a position in the penny stocks.

We find that penny stocks are fun, and they are a living breathing entity which we treat with respect.  We don't push the penny stocks too hard; we take what they give us and move on either with good or bad returns.  We find the key to success to penny stocks is trading with money management, stop losses, and sticking to entry and exit strategies.
